I like the softening you added to her hair and the reshaping of the mouth gives her a "pouty" look. However, I think in the editing of the face you were a little too heavy handed with the airbrush. Try using the clone stamp tool at a light opacity to smooth the skin. Also, you took quite a bit of depth out of the whites of her eyes which leaves her with a cartoonish look. However, the warmth added to her skin makes her look more youthful and lively. All in all I would say stay at it. You're heading down an interesting road.
